F.A.Q.

To create a Street Arena account:

1. Go to streetarena.me and click Sign Up.
2. Enter your name, email, password and date of birth, or simply just use social media icons for signing up.
3. Click Sign Up.
4. To finish creating your account, you need to enter some basic information about you and your favorite sports.

When you create a new password, keep in mind:

- Your password should be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
- Your Street Arena password should be different than the passwords you use to log into other accounts, like your email or bank account.
- Longer passwords are usually more secure.
- Your password should not be your email, phone number or birthday.

If you see a message letting you know the password you entered isn't strong enough, try mixing together uppercase and lowercase letters. You can also make the password more complex by making it longer with a phrase or series of words that you can easily remember, but no one else knows.

You can edit your basic personal information (for example: name, age, sports information, etc). To edit your info:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Street Arena.
2. Click Edit my profile, then click Basic Information.
3. Add or change the information you'd like to edit.

Click Save.

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of Street Arena
3. Click on the "Settings and Privacy" menu item

Please follow these steps: 
1. Login to your Street Arena account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of Street Arena. 
3. Click on the "Settings and Privacy" menu item.
4. Click on the “Notifications” left menu item.

To delete your account please follow these steps: 
1. Login to your Street Arena account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of Street Arena. 
3. Click on the "Edit my profile" menu item.
4. On the open page, scroll down to the bottom and you will find the red 'Remove Account' link. Click it and follow the instructions.

1. Please check that you have entered the correct login and password.
2. You can try to reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
3. If nothing above helps, you can contact us by using the contact form on the F.A.Q page. Simply use the "Ask a Question" section and we will try to help you.

The main differences between a private and a public account are:
1) Private account is not displayed to other users in search results, "Nearby Players" block and "Teams and Players" section of the platform.

2) You can't be invited to events or other teams (but you can still create your own).

3) Other users will only see basic information about you on your profile page if they visit your profile through the direct link or find you in the fans list of other users.

The Street Arana's search bar at the top of every page allows you to search for people, events and teams. Simply enter the search phrase and press the "search" icon or "Enter" on your keyboard to display the results.

You cannot sort updates in your news feed. All items are displayed in chronological order. We are considering adding this feature later.

For now, all activities and posts are created automatically based on the activities you participate in. We are considering adding the ability to create custom user posts later in the future.

1. Login to your Street Arena account
2. Simply find an event on the map of the main screen or in the event list (by clicking the "Play" button). 
3. Press the "More info" button to open the event page with all the details.
4. Press the "Participate" button and follow the instructions.

You will receive a notification when you have successfully joined the event.

You can create the event in several ways:
1. Login to your Street Arena account
2. Go to the "My events" page and press the "+ Create event" button.
3. Press the "+ Create event" button in the lower left corner of the map on the home page. 
4. If you do not have any upcoming events to attend, you will see the "Create event" button in the "My events" widget on the left side under the menu.

Private events are not searchable by all players on the service.  Players can be invited individually or only by your team.

In a "team" event, the opponent could only be another command. In an "ordinary" event you can only invite other people to participate in it.

The map shows only events and teams in sports you are interested in and in locations that are near you (locations may not be accurate if you did not set your location during registration or in your account settings).

1. Login to your Street Arena account
2. Simply find an team on the map of the main screen, in the team list (by clicking the "Play" button) or in the “Players and Teams” section.
3. Click the “Join” button to send a request to join the team. You can also click on a team to go to the team page and view all the information about that team. Then click the "Join" button on the team page. 
4. You will receive a notification when the team accepts or denies your request.

Sure, everyone can create a team. Just go to the "My teams" page. There you can find a list of your teams and those you are joined earlier. Here you just need to click "+ Create team" button which will be the first item in the team's list and follow the instructions.
